Hi [not Japanese "Hi"] but English.....I just joined this knitting group.  Good for you, connecting with other knitters & your LYS.  No matter what country you're in, some things are international and need no translation.  Like enjoying a baby.  Like a smile, and of course knitting!  Hang in there, you'll do just fine!
