Using a 28 ga wire, I crochet (crocheted??) two pairs of earrings and a bracelet last night. My second daughter wore hers today when we went to Reno shopping, so she must have liked it!

I incorporated some ruby red beads in the earrings. For the first pair, I started with foundation chains, made a circle and then double crochet into the circle several times, Then I strung a few beads and attached them in the center.

For the second pair of earrings, I did a faundation chain, joined it into a circle and then strung some beads in the center - easy!!

For the bracelet, I threaded lots of beads onto the wire, then I did the foundation chain. The first row was single crochet, bringing up the beads for each single crochet. For the second row, just plain single crochet all the way, then adding the beads again on the third row.

It was fun and i loved that my daughter wore it!

My husband asked me to knit a pair of booties for one of his Engineers in Korea who just had a baby girl. I started with the one on the left but I found that it was too big in the foot, so I carried the ribbing all the way to the toe and it looked so much cuter.
